STUVA Conference 2011
6 to 8 December 2011 at the Messe Berlin Exhibition Centre
The theme for this year’s conference of STUVA, the Research Association for Underground Transportation Facilities, to be held in Berlin from 6 to 8 December 2011, is “Underground Construction for Sustainable Environmental and Climate Protection”.

Five certified experts in our company
Lutz Diener, manager of our Freiberg branch, has been a publicly appointed and sworn EBA (Federal Railway Authority) expert in the field of geotechnics since July 2010.
He joins Dr.-Ing. Gerd Festag, who was appointed a sworn expert for foundation engineering and earthworks for road construction engineering in 2008, and Dipl.-Geol. Bernd Hippler, who has been our expert for stabilization issues in near-surface mining in the NRW region since 2003. Also on the team is Dr. Uwe Knobloch, a geotechnics expert recognised by the Saxony Higher Mining Authority, while Dr.-Ing. Schilde has been a recognised expert for earthworks and foundation engineering pursuant to DIN 1054 (state building law) for 18 years, confirmed by the Institut für Bautechnik Berlin, the Berlin Institute for Civil Engineering.
